What it Costs

For Buyers:

Since real estate agents are paid out of the proceeds of the sale of the home (which basically means that agents are paid by the seller) buyers are free to utilize my services at absolutely no cost whatsoever.

For the seller:

5% of the purchase price of the sellerís home will be deducted as the agent’s fee. This fee is then split between the buyerís and sellerís agent.
